Julia has over 7 years of research experience in aquatic science, stakeholders’ engagement, gender and conservation issues, and livelihood approaches. She is committed to promoting sustainable agroecological practices that support food security, environmental sustainability, and rural development in Kenya and beyond. Julia is also passionate about research communication and the mobilization of communities for positive social change.
